JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Clicking Noise When I Put My 03 Liberty into gear Radiator ISSUE

Need help please I called my local jeep dealer and they said it isnt a problem. I am not convinced. Basically my 6cyl 2003 2x4 liberty with 105k makes a clicking noise when I put into F or R gear fresh from start up. Otherwise it does not make the noise when I shift. It is only the initial shift after start up ( and possibly rest) It makes about 10 super fast clicks. Almost sounds like something is

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE 3.7 RAdiator change out question

Well looks like the radiator in my friends liberty has failed (as I just sold it to her I feel obliged to help fix it ). Anyway Ive searched alot of great info on here and found that nearly all UK 3.7 jeeps have the additional fan so that will need to come off. What I cant find though is any reference to removing the hoses that seem to go in around half way up on the RH side (looking forwards). Ive

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Have to change 2002 Liberty radiator

I have to change a 2002 jeep liberty radiator... I know its not rocket science but any tips or tricks Pit falls I shouls watch out for Any advice is welcome...Thanks in advance

some additional information for you would be do it yourselfers. Yeah its not a bad job but there are a few tricks that I havent found anyone mentioning before. This is on a 2002 liberty 3.7 towing with AC (did they all come with AC) First. You will want to remove the front grill. Just 4 torx bolts on the top. The bottoms just kind of clip in. A little wrangling to get it around the headlights but it

I promise you. If you buy aftermarket for your liberty. You will hate it. Hate your jeep. Hate your life. Seriously. Dont do it. The liberty runs at 18 psi. The 3.7 L aftermarket radiators are rated to a max of 15 psi. It wont say it on the box but I called the manufacturer and they freaked out. They obviously didnt make the aftermarket to meet or exceed the specs specifically for the liberty. Buy

radiator Express has a name brand OEM-style replacement rad for the 2002 liberty that comes with a lifetime warranty for 119.95. Personally I think I would give that a try. Buying Mopar doesnt guarantee that the rad will last longer than any aftermarket rad and theres no lifetime warranty either. If it starts leaking after 2-3 years which isnt impossible you aint gonna get a replacement for free. Ive

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE radiator fan

2003 jeep liberty 2.4 liter 4 cylinder.... radiator fan will not run when engine warms up. Fan motor runs when hooked up directly to 12 volts and also runs with the AC but will not run when the engine temp rises. Ive replaced fan relay ECT sensor and the thermostat but still no luck. Out of ideas of what is not allowing the radiator fan motor to run when engine warms up. Help Anyone have any suggestions

have the same problem in my 92 vette right now I have to turn the AC on when it overheats so the fans run. So we have good fans and probably good relays. Since they do work then theyre not getting signal to turn them on in an overheat condition which on the vette is the CTS control temp sensor way up under the plenum being bad or out of calibration per my shop manual. Find the equivalent on the jeep
