LEXUS GS IV L10 2013 GS Z51 Calipers

I am going to be changing brake pads and rotors soon and I heard the calipers on the Z06 and GS have floating pistons so when you pull the old pads out and replace with new ones you do not have to use a C clamp to push the piston back in so it is flush. So its just pull the old pads out replace with the new and slide them back on with no worries of fit around the rotors or fluid bleeding. Any insight or info would be greatly appreciated.

Check the following link below and read below that What type of pad do you plan on using httpforums.corvetteforum.comc6-z...ng-rotors.html Below is from member Carnac. There are two ways to replace Z06 brake padlets. One is to remove the caliper and the other is to remove the padlet locater pins and pull the padlet out of the top of the caliper. Ive changed pads both ways. If you go with single piece

LEXUS GS IV L10 2013 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport AWD- The wait is over

The lexus GS has been thoroughly reworked for 2013 so I was full of anticipation when I arrived to pick up the car for my test drive. I was also intrigued because the test unit was equipped with the companys new F-Sport Package and I had yet to see one of these cars in the flesh. As the garage door rolled up and I got my first look at the cars almost sinister new face I have to admit I was excited

surfaces were burned but somewhat reflective. The edges of the pads were bubbled. The calipers were also heat discolored with heat patterns in the area adjacent to the rotor. corner has an appropriate entry speed for a given coefficient of friction between the tires and the road factoring in the mass and center of gravity. Those are the right brakes for the job. Of course there is a slight rotational mass penalty. The 325328330 brakes are awesome in their own right and suited for amateur motorsports even at an advanced level. This car is so far beyond your average lexus

BMW SERIES 5 F10 F11 2011 535Xi Standard model 5000 Mile Review

With a little more than 5000 miles completed I still look forward to driving my car every time I push the start button and truthfully glance back at it every time I park it and walk away. Choosing the Dark Graphite and OysterAnthracite trim was easy -- for me it is visually stunning and has a classic look. The car has not been in the service department except for an initial oil change at nearly 3000
