I did the rear brake cylinders on my 463 a while back as one was leaking. Its easy to do the shoes and I couldnt suggest anything parts wise to change unless your brake cylinders are seaping. Give everything a clean I used a pressure washer after removing the drum. No sensors on mine.V easy job

When I had Will Samples do my brakes for me he indicated that he wanted the shoes and the drums so that they could be arced properly. When I worked in my uncles Lincoln-Mercury dealership eons ago they arced the shoes to the drums. If I remember right they had a machine that would accomplish the same thing as the rig Jim Villers showed except it would do it off the car. I think youd find ANY kind of damage or wear item would be greatly apreciated here. Any sort of brake part (hydraulics shoes pads drums rotors springhardware kits etc) clutch parts diff lock cylinders and seals rod ends universal joints all are good candidates.
